Your therapist comes to your home, builds a recovery plan around your space and your schedule, and works one-on-one with you for the full session. We treat patients recovering from surgery, stroke, illness, and general deconditioning, including those just home from a hospital stay, and we work alongside or in place of home health depending on what your situation calls for.

In-home care means no driving to appointments after surgery, no waiting rooms, and no rushed sessions. The same therapist sees you every visit, and we adjust the plan based on what is actually happening in your home, not what the chart says should be happening.

Recovery starts before surgery day. Pre-hab — physical therapy before surgery — helps you build strength and prepare your body for an upcoming procedure such as a total knee replacement.

After surgery, your structured in-home plan begins as soon as you return home. Sessions follow your surgeon's protocol and progress week by week, with no gap between discharge and the start of focused one-on-one care.

A fall does not start when someone loses their balance. It starts months earlier, with a little less strength, a walker used incorrectly, or a rug in the wrong place. Our program assesses balance, strength, gait, vision, medication interactions, and the home environment itself, then builds a plan around the specific risk factors we identify.

We also work with clients who have already fallen, helping them rebuild confidence, restore strength, and prevent the next one.

Health and Wellness Consultation is for people who are not recovering from a specific injury but want ongoing, personalized guidance to stay strong as they age. Think of it as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and physical therapist combined, meeting you in your own home.

Sessions cover strength assessment and progressive training, practical nutrition guidance for older adults, and regular accountability check-ins so the plan does not sit in a drawer. Many clients transition into this service after finishing rehab; others come to us preventively, before the first injury.
